Mr. Jeff Clark
Growing up in Eastern Montana, I am not originally a native of South Dakota but have called this great state home for the past 16 years. I am a 1995 graduate of Custer County District High School in Miles City, Montana. After high school, I went on to earn a degree in Elementary Education from Trinity Bible College in 2000. My first teaching job was in Tulare, South Dakota, where I taught 6th grade. I continued teaching in the Tulare School District and the Hitchcock-Tulare School District at the 6th grade for eight years. After receiving my master's degree in K-12 administrator from Norther State University, I stepped into the role of High School Principal at the Hitchcock-Tulare School District. After serving two years as high school principal I accepted the job of Superintendent and started working on my Educational Specialist Degree from the University of Sioux Falls. I received my Ed. Specialist Degree in District Administration in the Spring of 2013. I am currently in my sixth year as Superintendent at the Hitchcock-Tulare School District.
My wife Michele and I currently live in Hitchcock and have two sons, Gabe and Alex. We enjoy spending time with family, visiting the Black Hills and attending the different activities associated with the Hitchcock-Tulare School District.
I am very privileged to serve as Superintendent of the Hitchcock-Tulare School District and appreciate the tremendous support of the great communities and patrons that make up our district. It is a wonderful place to work, live, and raise a family. I am excited about the changes and improvements we have made over the past couple of years and am really looking forward to finishing the building projects that have started.
