  • This is the Hitchcock-Tulare School contacting you with an announcement concerning the 281 conference tournament schedule for Thursday, January 17th. The Patriots will take on the Iroquois Chiefs in the 5th and 6th Place game at 1:30 PM and the Lady Patriots will take on Sanborn Central - Woonsocket in the Championship game at 6:00 PM. All of the games tomorrow will be played at the Huron Arena. With the boys game tipping off at 1:30 PM we will be dismissing school at Noon and all bus routes will run at that time. Tomorrow will also be Patriot Pride day so wear your favorite Patriot gear. The coaches have also asked that everyone wear black to the games tomorrow so we can have a Blackout in the arena. If you have questions concerning these announcements please contact the school tomorrow morning. Thank you.

  • The 281 Conference Tournament will conclude this week and all games will be played at the Huron Arena. The girls play tonight at 8:00 pm and the boys play tomorrow at 3:30 pm. With an earlier game scheduled tomorrow we will be dismissing school at 1:30 pm and all bus routes will run at that time. If you have questions or instructions for your student please contact the school tomorrow. Details about Thursday's games will be released later in the week.

  • Junior Post Prom will auction 2 reserved parking spaces at each site for basketball games tomorrow in Hitchcock between the varsity games.

  • Reminder that tomorrow, November 8th is Patriot Pride Day. We are asking everyone to wear a something with a Hitchcock-Tulare logo, or something that is either red, white or blue.

If your student missed the first picture day or needs retakes please have them bring their picture form or packet of pictures to school tomorrow. Thank you.

Welcome Message

  • It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Hitchcock-Tulare School District where we strive daily to provide opportunities for students to achieve success in academics, organizations, citizenship, athletics, fine arts, as well as many other areas. Our highly qualified teachers, staff, and administration work with students and parents to ensure that every student has the opportunity to reach their highest potentials in an environment that is caring, supportive, and safe.

    Credit must certainly be given to our School Board who has worked to become visionary leaders and are continually focused on making student-centered decisions. It has been my pleasure to work with these five individuals and feel that through good strategic planning we will continue to make improvements to our school system that will effectively impact student achievement and help us empower students to enter the world as productive citizens.

    I am privileged and honored to serve as the Superintendent of the Hitchcock-Tulare School District. Few things provide as much professional enjoyment as I get from seeing the successes of our staff and students on a daily basis. We are fortunate to have schools in communities that place a high value on education and are willing to support our schools, staff, and students. We believe that through your shared support and commitment, we can challenge our students to be prepared for the ever-changing 21st Century. We look forward to working with you to achieve this goal.
