The Patriots went to Langford on December 16th for a Regional game. The Patriots started the game off fast, going up 12-0 and finishing the 1st quarter up 16-6. A big 2nd quarter was the best quarter the Patriots have had all season, outscoring the Lions 29-8 to take a 45-14 lead going into halftime. The Patriots ended up winning their 1st game of the season with the final score being 59-26.

The Patriots had a big game from freshman Patrick Maynard, scoring 23 points, grabbing 9 rebounds along with 4 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks. Erik Salmen added 12 points, 5 rebounds, 1 steal, and 1 block. Devin Enander scored 8 points, had 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 steals. Jackson Maynard and Blaze Binger both contributed 6 points with Jackson having 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 4 steals, and 2 blocks. Blaze finished with 1 rebound, 4 assists, and 1 steal.

The Patriots move to 1-2 on the season and will next play at the Big Bo Classic in Wolsey against the Kadoka Kougars on December 28th.
