We actually had a beautiful day in DeSmet. It didn't look promising with the wind and possible rain, but it was actually a nice day for track and field. The Girls got 9th out of 15 teams. Great effort Patriots!
100M - Emmerie Arthurs got 4th with a time of 13.39. Lila Jo Johnson and Dannika Seaman got PR's.
200M - Isabel Gilbert and Laina Puffer got PR's.
400M - Avarie Estey got a PR.
Our 4X100 Relay team got 7th out of 12 teams with a time of 57.03 a PR, Cambree Hoekman, Isabel Gilbert, Laina Puffer, and Keilee Schone.
Our 4X200 Relay team got 6th out of 11 teams with a time of 2:01.03 a PR, Emma Schneider, Cambree Hoekman, Keilee Schone, and Emmerie Arthurs.
Our 4X400 Relay team got 6th out of 9 teams with a time of 4:48.71 a PR, Laina Puffer, Kaylie LaBrie, Avarie Estey, and RaeAnna Knock.
Our 4X800 Relay team got 6th out of 11 teams with a time of 11:12.68 a PR, RaeAnna Knock, Kaylie LaBrie, Adelynne Ihnen, and Isabel Gilbert.
Shot Put - Rebecca Huizenga got 7th with a throw of 32' a PR. Reganne Miles got a PR too.
Discus - Rebecca Huizenga got a PR.
High Jump - Emmerie Arthurs got 6th with a jump of 4'6".
Long Jump - Emma Schneider got 3rd with a jump of 16'5.5" a season record. Kaylie LaBrie got a PR.
Triple Jump - Emma Schneider got 4th with a jump of 32'8.75". RaeAnna Knock got 8th with a jump of 27'7.75" a PR.
