Brendan Nowell long jumped today with a leap of 18’ 9.5” finishing 20th.

Update from the State Track Meet, Day One.
Erik Salmen threw a season best 43’ 4.5” and ended tied for 11th in the shot put.
Emmerie Arthurs ran the 100 prelims with a PR of 13.09.
Emma Schneider received 5th place in the triple jump, jumping 33’ 5.75”

😎 2nd Grade Field Day Fun 😎










REMINDER: Elementary track and field day is tomorrow at 12:30 in Hitchcock at the football field. Students will need sneakers tomorrow. Please send a note or let the teacher know if you will take your student home with you after the field day.

Tomorrow the high school and junior high students will be doing their community give back projects. Please be sure to dress in clothes appropriate for the projects. Projects could include cleaning, raking, and painting.

REMINDER: Elementary students (KG-6th grade) need to bring a sack lunch tomorrow for their field trip day. No money is needed as the price of the activities has been covered for all students. Thank you.

RETIREMENT CELEBRATION:
Everyone is invited to help us celebrate Mrs. Rhonda Skaare's retirement after 40 years of teaching. Please join us on Wednesday, May 15th for an open house celebration at the Hitchcock-Tulare Elementary School in Hitchcock from 5:30 - 7:30 PM. A meal and refreshments will be provided. Thank you.

Today in 2nd grade the students transplanted the plants that Mrs. Anderson helped them start back in March. These kiddos have quite the green thumb! 😎🌿❤️










Reminder that today is an early release so students are dismissed at NOON and all bus routes will run at that time.
A letter detailing end of the year activities will be sent home today with elementary students or you can view a digital copy at the link below. Yesterday the 1st grade had their lemonade stand & raised $224. Today they toured DQ & had ice cream. Thank you Jill! Later, they visited the Redfield Food Pantry & presented their money to Penny and Sherry.
