We hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year. School will be back in session tomorrow with our first day of 2025. Here are a couple announcements.
1. Elementary Parents please make sure your students have coats, hats, gloves, boots and snow pants (as needed) for recess. Student go outside if temps are above Zero.
2. Monday, January 6th (tomorrow) - JH GBB/BBB vs. I/LP @ Doland (6:00/7:00)
3. Tuesday, January 7th - GBB/BBB vs. I/LP @ Hitchcock starting at 4:00 PM.
4. Report cards will be mailed home on Friday, January 10th.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! As we ring in a new year, here are a couple of announcements.
1. Girls and Boys basketball will play at the Big Bo Classic in Wolsey tomorrow (Thursday, Jan 2nd). Boys play Potter Co at 1:30 PM and the girls play Kadoka at 6:00 PM. Best of luck to the Patriots.
2. School will resume on Monday, January 6th with a full 5 day week so school will be in session on Friday, January 10th.
3. 2nd quarter/1st Semester report cards will be mailed home on Friday, January 10th.

EARLY RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENT:
The Hitchcock-Tulare School District will be dismissing at 2:00 PM today due to weather. Bus routes will run at that time and all after school or evening activities have been cancelled. Please contact the JH/HS or Elementary offices if you need to get a message to your student. Thank you.
The JH GBB game in Wolsey for tonight has been cancelled.
We just finished reading and watching The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.🦁Here are a few projects that are finished: castles, "Wanted" posters, a watercolor map of Narnia! And also a couple of photos from our Christmas program.🎄
Post prom will be serving chili and cheese on Saturday during the game versus Langford.
Post Prom Cash Raffle: In order to meet our fundraising goal we are extending the drawing to February 17th. We are still only selling a limited number of tickets. We appreciate your understanding and support!
It was brought to my attention that the fruit sale sheet contains an error in regard to the large box of oranges. The sheet said it would be an 88-count box and what we delivered was a 113-count box. In addition, we have heard that some of the oranges went bad faster than usual. We highly value everyone that supports us through this fundraiser and we want to deliver a high-quality product. I tried a different supplier this year, but given the feedback we will move ahead with our traditional supplier in the future. If you have fruit problems, we will replace or refund. Thank you again for your support and I apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
