EARLY RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENT:
The Hitchcock-Tulare School District will be dismissing at 2:00 PM today due to weather. Bus routes will run at that time and all after school or evening activities have been cancelled. Please contact the JH/HS or Elementary offices if you need to get a message to your student. Thank you.
The JH GBB game in Wolsey for tonight has been cancelled.
We just finished reading and watching The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.🦁Here are a few projects that are finished: castles, "Wanted" posters, a watercolor map of Narnia! And also a couple of photos from our Christmas program.🎄
Post prom will be serving chili and cheese on Saturday during the game versus Langford.
Post Prom Cash Raffle: In order to meet our fundraising goal we are extending the drawing to February 17th. We are still only selling a limited number of tickets. We appreciate your understanding and support!
It was brought to my attention that the fruit sale sheet contains an error in regard to the large box of oranges. The sheet said it would be an 88-count box and what we delivered was a 113-count box. In addition, we have heard that some of the oranges went bad faster than usual. We highly value everyone that supports us through this fundraiser and we want to deliver a high-quality product. I tried a different supplier this year, but given the feedback we will move ahead with our traditional supplier in the future. If you have fruit problems, we will replace or refund. Thank you again for your support and I apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused.

The Junior Class parents will be having a Post Prom meeting in the lobby of the gym on Tuesday night after the boys JV game in Hitchcock.
ANNOUNCEMENT:
HT Yearbook will be selling Godfathers Pizza Tuesday night in Hitchcock at the DH basketball game. See attached flyer.
If you can't make it to tonight's elementary Christmas Concert, we will have it on http://httv.live/, Venture Channel 384 and YouTube @httvlive.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
1. Elementary (PK-6) Christmas concert is tomorrow (Dec 12) in Hitchcock at 7:00 PM. Students need to be in their classrooms at 6:45 and can be picked up in their classroom after the concert.
2. Next Week is Winter Spirit Week for staff and students. See attached picture for different days.
Monday: Christmas or Mismatched Socks
Tuesday: Candy Cane Day or something red
Wednesday: Grinch Day or something green
Thursday: Ugly Sweater or Christmas Shirt
Friday: Pajama Day
3. Friday, December 20th is the last day of the 2nd quarter and 1st Semester. All students will be dismissed at Noon and bus routes will run at that time.
