**Summer Career Camp Opportunity for current 6th & 7th Graders**
South Dakota middle school students will have an opportunity to participate in FREE, five-day career exploration camps this summer. Hosted on three South Dakota college campuses, the 2022 Dakota Dreams Career Exploration Summer Camps will allow incoming 7th and 8th grade students to experience at least 10 different career paths. Congratulations to the following students that advanced to the NSU Science & Mathematics Fair on Thursday, March 31st : Cambree M, Ella J, Katelyn S, Isabel G, Mikael N, & Harlee N. They all did a great job presenting their Science Fair projects & representing our school! Katelyn S was the recipient of the Naval Science Award. Harlee N & Mikael N were selected as the Team Grand Winner & advance to the International Science & Engineering Fair in Atlanta, Georgia. Congratulations!

STATE TESTING:
State Testing for grades 3-8 and 11 will be happening over the next couple of weeks. The assessments are in the subject areas of math and reading for all students in grades 3-8, and 11 as well as science for students in grades 5, 8, and 11. Please see attached letter for more information concerning testing. If you have questions please contact Mr. Clark at the school. Thank you.
