Today the 2nd grade class wrapped up their “Holidays Around the World” Unit by celebrating the Chinese New Year!!! The students wore red (for good luck), ate long noodles (for a long life), & tried dumplings (for wealth!) ❤️🧧💛

The Junior High games in Highmore on Monday, February 7, will be held in the school gym, which is on the west side of the school, and not in the Auditorium. The girls game starts at 6:00 pm and the boys at 7:00 pm. There will be no concession stand.

The HT Yearbook is doing the concessions the next 2 weeks for the basketball games in Hitchcock. They will have Godfathers Pizza tomorrow at the JV/Varsity games. They will have Pepperoni, Sausage, and Cheese for $3 per slice or $15 for a whole pie.
The H-T District has been approached by Doland with a proposal to Co-op for team sports next year. We have been in discussion with Doland and would like to have a public meeting to provide information and gather feedback. To help accommodate travel for the final round of the 281 Tournament there will be NO SCHOOL on Thursday, Jan 20th.
