ELEMENTARY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
1. Each class will have a small Halloween/Harvest Party on Thursday. No Costumes allowed at school this year.
2. Colder weather is upon us so just a reminder NO SHORTS moving foward and please remember to bring a coat, hat, and gloves.
3. Return Elementary Football gear and jerseys as soon as possible, if you haven't done so yet.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS:
The Elementary Christmas Concert "Jingle Bell Jukebox" will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Hitchcock Gym and will feature students in PK through 6th grade.

If you can't make it to Hitchcock for tonight's volleyball matches versus Wessington Springs, you can watch on https://httv.live, YouTube @httvlive, Facebook @HTPatriotNation, or Venture\UView channel 384. Matches start at 5:00 pm with no C match.

The Student Council is sponsoring a Blood Drive on Wednesday, November 12th from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm. If you would like to donate, please contact Mrs. Johnson at the school.

REMINDER:
There will be a table set up at the volleyball game October 28th in Hitchcock taking donations for FCCLA''s Operation Christmas Child Project. This project packs shoeboxes with gifts to send to kids around the world who would otherwise not receive a Christmas present. Items to be packed in the shoeboxes and monetary donations will both be accepted. For $10 you can sponsor a box and receive a QR code to track your box and see where it ends up!

NO TRICKS, ALL TREATS:
On Wednesday, October 29th students and staff are welcome to wear hats for $1! Treats are awarded to students who wear their spookiest Halloween hat. The profits will also go to Operation Christmas Child.

Tomorrow is the last home game for our seniors.

PATRIOT PRIDE DAY TOMORROW: Tomorrow (Tuesday, Oct 21st) is Patriot Pride Day. We hope everyone will wear their favorite Patriot gear or something red or blue. Go Patriots!!
